Types of Citizenship
Citizen
Open to everyone and completely free. Applications are made through the official website and reviewed by the Council. Citizens gain access to Spadyum’s community and AI services free of charge.
Natural Citizen
Applicants must first be a Citizen. They must own 20,000 AUR in total:
- 10,000 AUR for the “Ashram Therapy” program (refundable)
- 10,000 AUR reserved as a logistics fund for “Noah Mode”
* The Council may raise this requirement by majority vote; lowering it requires unanimity.
Application Process
- Complete the online form on Spadyum’s website.
- Verify identity and connect your crypto wallet if required.
- Participate in the Ashram Therapy program.
- Await evaluation by the Council.
- Upon approval, receive your digital citizenship ID via email.
Responsibilities of Natural Citizens
- Participation in annual “Noah Mode” drills is mandatory.
- Each drill tests emergency logistics and transport readiness.
- It is also a community retreat and reflection program.
Citizenship Rights

- Right to propose and vote on legislation.
- Priority access to projects and initiatives.
